Inside clean and friendly. Tire shop says that they open at 6am on a Tuesday, and nope.. the guy came in at 630, I got here for a tire change on my trailer and it's 9am and still here. This is ridiculous 👿 Edit..... It's 1030 and nothing so I decided to go across the street to Vic's tire shop.

At 5 PM, I had a tire blowout about 10 miles away from them. I called ahead to ask if they had time, but they told me to come back the next day. So I drove to the repair shop next door since it was very close. I could clearly see their shop was completely empty and no one was working. It feels like their employees are paid hourly and just turn customers away based on their mood. They send you off so they can get paid without doing anything

Extremely Disappointing Oil Change Experience Oil changes are almost always a pain, and unfortunately today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I usually do oil changes at Love’s or Speedco. Before today’s service, I clearly explained to the manager that I only wanted an experienced technician. I’ve had serious problems in the past — once a filter was installed incorrectly and diesel leaked onto the road in downtown Miami. I explained all of this in advance. The manager said he understood my concerns and assured me everything would be fine. What happened next was the exact opposite. They assigned an inexperienced employee who clearly had no idea what he was doing. He walked around the truck not knowing how to remove the oil filter, kept leaving the truck, going to the office, smoking, and coming back with no progress. Saying I’m frustrated is an understatement. I have an appointment for my next load, and instead of professional service, I’m watching someone learn on my truck. It has now been 42 minutes, and the oil filter is still not removed. This is a 2026 truck, everything is new, and yet the service is handled like this. I came to this gas station to fix a simple issue with my car tire. The job was something that should have taken only ten minutes, but they took six hours and still did not handle it properly. They completely wasted my time, and there was no professionalism at all. The staff was careless, unorganized, and no one explained why the work was delayed for so long. I was extremely disappointed with their service, and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope they improve their service, because the current situation is unacceptable.

Speedco is usually our goto place for work on our coach while traveling. Most Speedcos are great - except this one. The Mechanic was rude and not willing to help us out with our a/c in AUGUST! He wasn’t even willing to listen to what we needed, he was too busy telling us “NO! IT’S TOO MUCH WORK”. Terrible, terrible service. These mechanics should not be dealing with customers if they can’t be polite! On top of that the wait time would’ve been 3-4 hours before they could even look at it. We were willing to wait had we not been brushed of. I’d go somewhere else with better service, skip this Speedco.
